After spending the day in meetings with my fellow fashionistas (you know who you are) my head feels like it's going to explode with all this fantastic fashion news!
I got to look at some of the new spring summer lines that are hitting down on the high street. Where the retailers have got their inspiration from and how that will influence what we wear this season . There is going to be a lot of key trends so it's difficult to pick just one, but the one that has the biggest investment yet again is...... THE DRESS!
So here's the heads up fashion followers.......
If you're a casual girl summer denim and the chambray shirt dress will be for you. Keep your look minimal and white will be a fresh summer wardrobe refresher. Look towards Topshop, Oasis, Mango and Warehouse.
More a feminine, fun and playful then Florals will be for you, 50's full skirts and floral vintage print mixing. Pastels will be your favourite colour pallet with popping fushia and apple accessories. The highstreet see's its inspiration taken from Dolce and Gabbana, Stella McCartney and Louis Vuitton.
Now for my favourite Going Out Dresses. The high street has taken it's influences from Gucci, Christopher Kane and Chanel to name but a few and the dresses are nothing but beautiful. Collections are contrasting from black, gold and crystal embellishment to pastels, apricots and sheer fabrics. Whether it's a maxi with a sexy split( trend show stopper), short or hi-low hem there will be a going out dress for everyone this season. Now I just need an excuse to go shopping!!
